At The Better Good, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a solo curator, I stand behind the quality of every product I offer. Here’s how returns and refunds work:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You contact me within 30 days​ of delivery

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or is incorrectly shipped

Note:Certain items (e.g., digital downloads, personalized/custom goods) may be non-returnable for practical reasons.

2. Refund Process

  • Once I receive your return and verify its condition:

    ✅ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

    ⏳ Refunds typically process in 3–7 business days​ (depending on your bank)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from my error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

I cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items requested after 30 days of delivery

  • Products damaged by improper use, accidents, or neglect

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance/closeout deals)

  • Opened software, hygiene-sensitive products, or altered items
